collaborative Communication

Understanding Behaviors and Communication Styles

Understanding the communication styles of the people we work with can be a challenge. People tend to communicate better with those who have a similar style to their own. Conversely, it can be challenging to convey a message to those who don’t seem to understand what they’re trying to say. This session focuses on four main behavioral and communication styles and teaches you how to recognize these traits in yourself and others. You will then be able to apply techniques to adapt to the style of those you’re working with, which will reduce the likelihood of misunderstanding and conflict, and help you work more efficiently and collaboratively.

Who can benefit:

  •  Managers and leaders can gain a better understanding of their team members, which can help them manage their team more effectively and achieve the most productive and collaborative working relationships.

  • In a team environment, it’s important to understand and communicate with colleagues effectively. This can help improve collaboration and productivity.

  • Salespeople can learn to identify the buying behaviors of their customers, which can help them provide the customer with the information they need to make an informed purchase decision.
