In many ways, a company, organization or workgroup are much like the crew on a ship. Each member has their role to play and duties to carry out. In a busy workplace, there are few opportunities to connect with the people around you in meaningful ways. This session provides an opportunity for colleagues to develop an awareness that each are an integral part of the "crew." Participants are given the opportunity to learn and exchange ideas with each other in an environment that fosters teamwork and and better understanding of different job roles and perspectives. This sessions is intended to be a casual, yet structured discussion forum that gives people the opportunity to connect in a stress-free environment.
