Workplace problems can be difficult to acknowledge. This session helps "break the ice" on facing those issues that people tend to talk about in private or small settings but are too uncomfortable to tackle in a larger group setting. We facilitate group discussion in an environment that fosters mutual respect, acknowledgement of different perspectives, ways of working and finding common ground to bring the issues at hand to a resolution as best as possible.

In a service industry, e.g. a restaurant, bring your team together to discuss areas of the business that might need to be improved and/or changed. Collaborate to find ways to make things work more smoothly, develop a more customer-centered service culture, improve processes and provide ways to include everyone in the discussion in order to find a better way to work to achieve better outcomes.
